What sleep care involves
Insomnia rarely stands alone. It is often tangled up with anxiety, depression, or stress, and it makes all of them harder. Olga works first to find what is driving it, whether that is another condition, a racing mind, or habits that quietly keep sleep away, then pairs practical, evidence-based strategies with medication options when they fit. The goal is nights that actually restore you, not just a pill.
Who it helps
Children, teens, adults, and older adults whose sleep has stopped working: trouble falling asleep, waking through the night, waking too early, or days spent foggy because the nights are broken. Our piece on why insomnia makes everything harder explains how closely sleep and mental health are tied.
Your first telehealth visit
You complete a short intake through the secure patient portal first, then join a video visit from wherever you are comfortable in Missouri. Olga will ask about your sleep, your routine, your mood, and your history together, since sleep rarely has a single cause, in English or Russian. You leave with a plan and a time to check back in. Where a sleep study or a sleep-medicine specialist is the right next step, that is discussed and coordinated.
Booking
Choose a time on the booking page, with evening and weekend openings, or call or text 417-538-3460 if you would rather talk first. Insurance plans the practice accepts are billed through Headway.
