Telepsychiatry across Missouri

Medication management that keeps listening

Starting a medication is the beginning, not the finish line. Follow-up visits with Olga Eldridge, PMHNP-BC, are where your plan gets checked, adjusted, and kept in step with your life, all by secure telehealth across Missouri.

What it is

Medication management is the ongoing part of psychiatric care. After your first evaluation, regular follow-up visits look at how you have actually been doing: which symptoms have eased, which have not, how you are sleeping, and whether anything about the medication is bothering you. From there, you and Olga decide together whether to stay the course or adjust. Follow-up care includes medication review and adjustment, symptom check-ins, direct access between visits, and lab work coordinated when it is clinically needed.

Who it helps

Patients of every age the practice serves, from children age 4 to older adults, who are working through depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, and the other conditions listed on the home page. It is also for anyone who has felt rushed through appointments before and wants a provider who takes the time to ask how things are really going.

What a follow-up visit looks like

Visits happen over secure video from home. Come ready to talk about what has changed since last time, including side effects, stress, sleep, and anything new in your life. If labs were ordered, results are reviewed together. You leave knowing what the plan is until the next check-in, and you can message the office through the secure patient portal in between. Nothing changes without an explanation, and your questions are always welcome. For a fuller picture, read what medication management actually looks like.

Temporary pause on controlled-substance prescriptions

Starting September 1, 2026, the practice is temporarily unable to prescribe controlled substances (DEA Schedules 2 through 5), including ADHD stimulants, benzodiazepines, and Suboxone. The pause is expected to last about two months. Evaluations and non-controlled medication management continue as usual. Questions? Call or text 417-538-3460 before booking.

Getting started

New patients begin with a psychiatric evaluation, which you can schedule on the booking page. Self-pay rates are listed on the home page, and insurance plans the practice accepts are billed through Headway.

Yes. Follow-up care includes direct access between visits. You can message the office through the secure patient portal, or call or text the HIPAA-compliant practice line at 417-538-3460.
Do you order lab work?
When it is clinically appropriate, labs and monitoring such as routine bloodwork or medication-level checks can be ordered and coordinated as part of your plan, with results reviewed together at your next visit.
