What anxiety care involves
Anxiety does not always look like visible worry. It can be a racing mind at 2 a.m., a tight chest before meetings, snapping at the people you love, or avoiding plans you used to enjoy. Olga works first to find what is driving it, whether that is ongoing stress, another condition like depression, poor sleep, or something else. Treatment then pairs evidence-based medication options, when they fit, with practical coping strategies you can actually use on a hard day.
Who it helps
Children, teens, adults, and older adults whose worry or panic has started shaping their days: sleep that will not come, trouble concentrating at work or school, or a life that keeps getting smaller to avoid the next wave of anxiety. If you are unsure whether it is "bad enough," this piece on when anxiety is worth talking to a professional about may help you decide.
Your first telehealth visit
You complete a short intake through the secure patient portal first. Then you join a video visit from wherever you are most comfortable in Missouri, no waiting room required. Olga will ask when the anxiety started, what sets it off, what it feels like in your body, how you are sleeping, and what has or has not helped before. The visit is unhurried, so there is room to explain things in your own words, in English or Russian. Together you leave with a plan and a time to check back in.
Booking
Choose a time on the booking page, with evening and weekend openings, or call or text 417-538-3460 if you would rather talk first. Insurance plans the practice accepts are billed through Headway.
