Therapy and counseling, with or without medication

Sometimes what helps most is a steady conversation with someone who listens closely. Visits with Olga Eldridge, PMHNP-BC, happen by secure video from home, anywhere in Missouri, and therapy can stand on its own or work alongside medication.

What therapy here involves

Olga offers supportive, talk-based therapy and practical coping strategies for anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions, and the patterns that keep getting in your way. Sessions are a place to be heard and to build tools you can use between visits. Because the practice also offers medication management, you are not forced to choose a lane, and the plan can change as you do.

Who it helps

Children, teens, adults, and older adults. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit, wanting things to feel different is reason enough to start. If bringing it up at home feels hard, this piece on talking to your family about starting mental health care may help.

Your first telehealth visit

You complete a short intake through the secure patient portal first, then join a video visit from wherever you are comfortable in Missouri. The first session covers what brought you in and what you want to work toward, in English or Russian. You set the pace and the focus, and nothing gets decided for you. You leave with a plan and a time to check back in.

Booking

Choose a time on the booking page, with evening and weekend openings, or call or text 417-538-3460 if you would rather talk first. Insurance plans the practice accepts are billed through Headway.
