Conditions Treated

Whole-person care, not a single diagnosis.

Wherever you are, there's a path forward. Open any condition below to see what it can feel like and how Olga approaches treatment.

Care for children (age 4+), teens, adults, and older adults.
Book an Appointment
Depression
When low mood, exhaustion, or numbness stops feeling temporary and starts running your days. Treatment begins with a thorough evaluation, then a personalized plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and therapy coordination, with regular check-ins as you heal.
Anxiety & Panic
Worry that won't switch off, a racing mind, physical tension, or panic that arrives out of nowhere. Olga works to find what's driving it, then pairs evidence-based medication options with practical coping strategies you can actually use.
ADHD
Trouble with focus, follow-through, and restlessness that shows up at school, work, and home, in both kids and adults. Care starts with a comprehensive ADHD evaluation. Stimulant and non-stimulant medications are available when clinically appropriate.
Bipolar Disorder
Mood that cycles between highs and lows in ways that disrupt sleep, relationships, and judgment. Careful, unhurried diagnosis matters most here, followed by mood stabilization and close ongoing monitoring.
OCD
Intrusive thoughts and rituals that eat up time and peace of mind, even when you know they don't make sense. Treatment typically combines proven medication with coordination to specialized therapy, at a pace that feels safe.
PTSD & Trauma
When something that happened in the past keeps intruding on the present through flashbacks, nightmares, or feeling constantly on guard. Care is trauma-informed from the first visit, with medication support for sleep and anxiety symptoms alongside therapy coordination.
Insomnia & Sleep
Nights spent staring at the ceiling, or sleep that never leaves you rested. Olga looks for the root cause first, whether it's anxiety, depression, or habits, then builds a plan combining sleep strategies with medication when needed.
Schizophrenia & Psychotic Disorders
Changes in perception and thinking that deserve steady, stigma-free care. Treatment centers on consistent medication management, close monitoring, and involving the people who support you, when you want them involved.
Addiction & Substance Use
When alcohol or another substance starts making your decisions for you. This is a judgment-free space. Care includes a full evaluation, medication-assisted options when appropriate, and coordination with recovery support.
Grief & Life Transitions
Loss, divorce, a new diagnosis, a big move. Some seasons are simply heavy. Sometimes support and space to process are enough; when symptoms run deeper, short-term medication can help you steady yourself.

Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Olga started this practice after learning what people needed most.

“What many people needed most wasn't just medication. They needed someone who would truly listen.”

Olga began her career as a nurse before becoming a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Along the way she noticed the same thing, over and over: people didn't just want a diagnosis and a prescription. They wanted to feel heard.

Questions, answered gently.

If you don't see your question here, reach out. We're happy to talk it through before you ever book.

Will you really listen to me?
Yes. Every visit starts with your story, not a symptom checklist. Olga's approach is to understand the whole person before ever discussing medication.
Who do you see, and where?
Children (age 4+), teens, adults, and older adults, anywhere in Missouri through secure telehealth. Visits are available in English and Russian.
Do you prescribe controlled substances, like stimulant medications?
Stimulant medications and other controlled substances are available when clinically appropriate, after a comprehensive evaluation. Every decision is made carefully and collaboratively with you.
Do you order lab work?
Yes, when it's clinically appropriate. Labs and monitoring, such as routine bloodwork or medication-level checks, can be ordered and coordinated as part of your treatment plan, with results reviewed together at your next visit.
What does a visit cost?
A new patient psychiatric evaluation is $300 self-pay. Follow-up medication management visits are $150 self-pay. We also accept a growing list of insurance plans. Visits covered by one of those plans are billed through Headway, our insurance billing partner, and your coverage is confirmed before your visit.
When are appointments available?
Seven days a week. Evenings Monday through Friday from 7:30 PM, plus daytime hours Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 AM. Evenings and weekends included, so care fits around your life, not the other way around.
How do I book, and what happens next?
