Eldridge Family Psychiatry & Wellness provides scheduled outpatient telepsychiatry services and is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please seek immediate help.

Emergency Resources

Call or Text 988 – Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Call 911 – For immediate emergency assistance
You may also go to the nearest emergency room if you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency.

Telehealth Appointments

All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth visits. Prior to your appointment you will receive a private telehealth link that allows you to join the session from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. To ensure a successful visit:

  • Please join your appointment from a quiet and private location
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Log in a few minutes before your appointment time
Medication Refill Policy

Medication refill requests should be submitted at least 3–5 business days before your medication runs out. Refills may be addressed during scheduled follow-up appointments whenever possible. Certain medications may require a follow-up appointment before a refill can be provided.

Communication Policy

For non-urgent questions or concerns, patients may contact the office through approved communication methods.

Please note:
• Electronic communication should not be used for emergencies
• Response times may vary depending on business hours

For urgent concerns or emergencies, please contact 988, 911, or your nearest emergency department.

Controlled Substances Policy

Treatment decisions regarding controlled medications are made based on clinical judgment, patient safety, and current medical guidelines. At this time, stimulant medications for ADHD are not prescribed through this practice. However, ADHD may be evaluated and treated using non-stimulant treatment options when appropriate.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Eldridge Family Psychiatry & Wellness is committed to protecting patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. All telehealth visits are conducted through secure platforms designed to protect patient health information.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a missed appointment fee. Providing advance notice allows appointment times to be offered to other patients in need of care.
